Recommend TickySmart to other organizers, earn from what they pay us and get the money paid out against your invoice once a minimum has added up.
Know other organizers TickySmart would suit? Send them your own link. If they sign up through it, you get a fixed share (currently 25%) of what they pay us, for as long as they use TickySmart.
Join
You'll find everything under Partner program.
- Click Join. Owners and admins can do this.
- Copy your link with Copy link and pass it on, for example by email, in your newsletter or on your website.
Anyone who comes through your link, signs up and creates a workspace counts for you. When signing up, they see a note that you'll see their workspace name. Other workspaces of yours or your team don't count.
Who gets what
You only get commission for organizers you referred directly. The rate is the same for all partners. If one of your referrals refers others, they get commission for that, not you. An example: Anna refers Ben, Ben refers Clara. Anna gets her share of Ben's fees, and Ben gets his share of Clara's fees.
What counts
Only what your referrals actually paid us counts, excluding tax:
- Credits: as soon as credits they bought are used for tickets, at the price they were bought for. The purchase alone doesn't count yet.
- Pay as you go: the paid monthly invoice
- Flat rate: every paid month
Free credits, credits we give and test purchases don't count. Income counts once the payment behind it is 8 weeks old, so nothing gets mixed up if a direct debit comes back. If tickets are refunded or a payment is reversed, your share of it is deducted again. If it had already been paid out, it's offset against your next commission.
What you see
- Your referrals: the organizers you referred, with their names and since when. We don't show what an individual organizer sells.
- Total commission: what you've earned in total, and how much of it has been paid out.
- Months: your commission per month, in the month it was released, 8 weeks after the payment.
- What could it bring in?: try out with the sliders what your referrals could bring in per month.
The calculator assumes your referrals pay with credits at the standard price. It's only an example, not a promise.
Request a payout
Your commission from completed months is shown under Payable. A month can be paid out once it's over. The Payout card shows how much is still missing until the minimum. Once it's reached:
- Click Request payout.
- Issue us an invoice with the details from the window: who to, service, amount and the matching VAT note. Every detail can be copied. Also put your bank details on the invoice.
- Enter the invoice number and date, choose the VAT on your invoice and upload the invoice as a PDF or e-invoice (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD).
- Click Request payout.
No payout without an uploaded invoice. For an e-invoice, we check the amount and number automatically. You get an email when we've accepted the invoice and when we've transferred the money.

- Correct the invoice. The amount stays the same.
- Click Upload new invoice and upload it.
Common questions
What happens to amounts below the minimum?
They stay and are included in the next payout. Nothing is lost.
How long do I get commission?
For as long as your referrals use TickySmart and pay for it.
Why does income show up later?
Because it only counts once the payment behind it is 8 weeks old. For credits, only the use counts, not the purchase.
Do I have to put VAT on the invoice?
That depends on your country and tax status. The window shows a note that suits your country. If in doubt, ask your tax adviser.
Why do I see a negative amount?
Then tickets were refunded or a payment was reversed after your commission on it had already been paid out. The negative amount is offset against your next commission.
Can I request more than one payout at a time?
There's always one per currency. Anything that comes in afterwards collects for the next one.
