Chat assistant and support
Ask questions in the dashboard, get tasks done by typing or speaking, and write to the TickySmart team.
The chat sits at the bottom right of the dashboard. Its assistant answers your questions with the articles of this help center, looks into your workspace while doing so and does tasks for you, such as creating an event with ticket types. If it gets stuck, you write to the TickySmart team in the same chat.
Ask questions
Click the chat button and type your question, for example "How do I set up an early bird ticket?" or "Why can't I see my event in the shop?". The assistant reads the matching articles and looks into your workspace when needed. Below its answer you'll find the articles it read, so you can look them up with pictures.
Every team member has their own conversations. Others in your team don't see them. You'll find earlier conversations under Your conversations.
Get tasks done
Just tell the assistant what you need, for example "Create a concert on 14 May at 8 pm with standing and seated tickets". In the chat it can do the same as a connected AI assistant: create and change events, dates, ticket types with price tiers, extras, discounts, the guest list and much more. What it's doing shows above its answer. The dashboard page shows changes right away, there's no need to reload.
For anything buyers notice, that sends emails, moves money or can't be undone, the assistant shows a card to confirm, for example when publishing or cancelling. Nothing happens until you click Go ahead. With Cancel everything stays as it is.
The assistant can't delete anything, on purpose. It tells you where to delete in the dashboard or suggests something that keeps your data, such as ending sales.
If the assistant is still writing, stop it with Stop.
Voice input
Instead of typing you can speak: click the microphone, say what you need and click again to stop recording. The text lands in the input field, you check it and send it. The first time, your browser asks whether TickySmart may use the microphone. A recording lasts up to two minutes and isn't stored.
Images
With the image button you attach up to four images to a message, or simply paste them into the input field. The assistant sees them, for example a screenshot with a question. Say "Use this as the cover image" and it uses the image for your event right away. JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF up to 10 MB are possible.
Write to the team
After a few answers, or when the assistant offers it, Write to the team appears. Pick a topic, add a sentence if you like and click Send to the team. The assistant sums up the conversation for the team, so you don't have to repeat anything.
The team is there for you daily from 9 am to 10 pm German time; the chat shows the hours in your own time. As soon as someone takes over, you see their name and picture. If you don't read a reply within a few minutes, you get an email with a link back to the chat. Once the conversation is done, you can rate it. If you write again afterwards, it goes back to the team.
Limits
To keep the chat fast for everyone, the assistant answers a set number of messages per workspace and month (twice as many in the first 30 days) and a set number per team member and day. When it's getting tight, the chat shows how many answers are left. Once the limit is reached, you write to the team directly until the next day or month.
