Invoices and payment method

Find invoices for the TickySmart fee, keep your payment method and billing address up to date, and know what happens when a payment fails.

You get invoices from us for credit purchases, pay as you go and the flat rate. You'll find them under Finance & credits in the Invoices card. That's also where you manage the payment method you pay TickySmart with. Owners, admins and accounting can see this.

Remove payment details deletes the payment method. This only works if you pay with credits, Keep selling with pay as you go and automatic top-up are off and no invoice is open.

The payment method here is only for fees to TickySmart. Your buyers' money goes through your payment account with Stripe, Mollie or PayPal: Connect a payment account.

When a payment fails

If a payment to us doesn't go through, a note appears at the top of the page and we send you an email. What happens next depends on what the payment was for:

What failedWhat happens
Pay-as-you-go invoiceSales keep going for another 14 days, until the date in the note. If the invoice hasn't been paid by then, new sales pause until it is.
Flat rateSales keep going for another 7 days. If the invoice hasn't been paid by then, new sales pause until it is.
Credit purchaseThe credits aren't added. With automatic top-up, we stop buying automatically until you add a new payment method.

If a direct debit is returned later or a payment is disputed at the bank, the invoice goes back to Failed. For a credit purchase we then take the credits off again. If the payment is settled after all, you get them back.

While a payment is outstanding, you can't switch models. Check your payment method or add a new one. As soon as the invoice is paid, sales start again.
